AutoText 2.33

Assign keywords to frequently used phrases and AutoText will type a common phrase each time you type the corresponding keyword. AutoText will store your common text fragments (frequently used sentences, common phrases) organized in folders and quickly insert them into your documents. It is an autocomplete feature added to any program. For example, type "ffr" and Auto Text will replace it with "feel free to contact us".

Define meaningful words as global commands for repetitive tasks: open applications, folders, and websites; compose emails; and insert autotext. Use them across all applications without taking your fingers off the keyboard, and without being pestered by misfires. They're easier to remember than key combinations, faster than the mouse. You can even set up custom menus, for example grouping standard tech support answers or signatures.

GhostTyperXML 3.0

GhostTyperXML can make the daily work at the computer more efficient and quicker regardless of which software you use. Repetitive texts, e-mail addresses and hyperlinks can be stored as so called entries in GhostTyperXML and can be activated by pressing a key as and when required.
