VCam (TM) is a virtual software camera which can play video, image, webcam, DV and other video capture devices; perform screen capture and set them as your camera output image. It also support multi-stream output with different sizes, image overlay and video special effects. It's also a webcam/video capture device splitter, which can split your hardware capture device into multi-channel and let them can be used by several applications.
