Client management - Unlimited Clinical notes - including automatic importation from transcriptionist files, Primary/Secondary assessments, DSMIV classifications (or ICD9), Final resolution/or declined help, Numbers/length and types of contacts by EAP counselors, Records of referrals to outside clinicians/PPOs (system contains several thousand external resource records), Satisfaction surveys, User Alerts when PPO limitations are met
